The institution is focused solely on open and distance education. It is an institution of higher learning dedicated to the principle that “innovation occurs when learning, research and creativity are understood in native language and applied to real-world challenges and opportunities”.
The Erudite University of Open Learning is fully ready in making rapid positive impact in the spectrum of Nigerian Universities and globally. The University focuses on innovation, research and building more than liberal education and emerges to be more than an academic institution but a powerful economic engine as an investment.
The University represents the overlaying efforts of its Board of Trustees to make meaningful contributions to the development of university education in Nigeria and abroad. The goals of the University are in agreement with objectives of the National Policy on Education in seeking to guarantee access to education for all nationals, as well as to make sure that education addresses the needs of individuals and the country Nigeria.
Location of The University
The Global Headquarters of the University is situated in Jos, Plateau State, Nigeria. While the University holds satellite campuses in all the state capitals of the federation with a National Campus in Abuja-Nigeria.
The Erudite University of Open Learning campus could be accessed through the Haipan Airport, Jos Plateau State. Plateau State also shared boundaries with Bauchi State, Nasarawa State and Kaduna State.
